   This would be like a refresher for somebody that hasn't done it in a while, but I don't think that is good video for beginners. He goes to fast and tries to teach to many things at once. If I were teaching somebody, first I would start by explaining what IP is briefly. Once the students understand how computers comunicate then talk about DNS and the role of Godaddy on the  internet. Then start by simple ftp example on how to use it. But that is just me.
